The wording isn't really all that, but the character is quite good. Not 100% sure if the character was done with the text, or if the person who put it up just made it so he is pointing at the writing.. Is the character something made up, or is he out of some cartoon or animation from somewhere, I don't know. Do you? The wording says JAS - TAS?
